2. Examination Date: (Foreign Language Course) Sep. 22 (Fri) 18: 30 ~ 19: 30
(Major Course) Sep. 23 (Sat) 09: 00 ~ 14: 00
3. Result announcement: October 17, 2017 (Tue), GLS
※ Dissertation Submission Qualifying Examination is a test that must pass to prepare for the dissertation.
※ Examination times for each subject should be refer to the timetable announced later.
(GLS is not a practical timetable)

2. Exam Information
► Once per semester, pass 70 or more per course
► If you fail the test, you will be able to re-apply for the next semester
3. How to apply for the Dissertation Submission Qualifying Examination

4. Notes
① The applicant who has submitted Combined Master/Ph.D. Withdrawal Application must take the master's course.
② After the application deadline, the courses will be assigned to each subject. Please check examination times for each subject which will be announced later
③ Please bring your ID card for the exam(※ There could be a limit of taking exam if you do not bring ID card)
④ Additional applications are not accepted. Please apply within the deadline.
⑤ The exam results will only be shown as pass / fail and shown in the GLS application history menu.
5. Dissertation Submission Qualifying Examination subjects (major)

6. Exemption Criteria

7. Foreign language test waiver standard

1. TOEFL: 550 points (PBT), 213 points (CBT), 79 points (iBT) or higher 2. TOEIC: 700 points or higher |
Mathematics |
3. TEPS: 700 points or higher 4. GITOP (G-TELP): 60 points in level2, 80 points in level3 or higher |
Physics |
5. Those who have passed the examination by taking alternate courses offered by Sungkyun Language Academy |
Chemistry |
6. Those who have earned a bachelor's degree or higher in an English-speaking country (The target country is determined by the Academic Affairs Committee) |
